Privacy Policy
In Moamnoon Academy, we abide to criteria that strictly protect our students privacy:
1. Student’s personal information we may collect are strictly confidential and are not to be used for any other purpose, and will not be informed about by any other party or institution, in order to ensure the privacy of our students’ data.
2. The Academy will use students data only for the improvement of our services and for helping students learn the Holy Quran, the Arabic language, and the Islamic sciences in the best possible way according to student age and level.
3. Parents and students’ positive reviews and opinions may be used to call on and encourage new students or potential ones to join us and to promote the public awareness with the super-level education of Moamnoon Academy.
4. We understand parents and students’ opinions, and work on improving our services to gain their satisfaction and present the best service possible and to solve any problems or obstacles
Absence Policy
The Academy takes care of students’ times and the value of their subscriptions. The Academy also takes care of teachers’ times and their personal interests, so we work hard on obligating both students and teachers to stick to attendance. Therefore, we set our policy for calculating the absence in a way that is not harmful for students and takes their emergency circumstances into account.
1. Absence is prohibited (unless there is a strong reason for that).
2. The student has the right for absence only in case he has a clear reason. Student then can apologize for not attending 30 minutes before class starts, and there will be compensatory lessons at teacher’s and student’s earliest convenience. If the absence exceeds the 30-minute period allowed, the lesson will be counted on the student.
3. Once there is a good reason for absence, it should be notified by WhatsApp.
